1. We will meet to discuss website
objectives involving design, content structure, and keyword strategy.
2.General design preferences, content structure and the total price are
agreed upon in a written contract and a payment of one-third of the total cost
plus the cost of any software is made up front for time spent. (All costs will
be known up front)
3.For custom websites a
rough site template will be created on computer along with an outline of the
site's content structure. You will review these and point out any revisions
that you want to be made.
4.The domain registration and web hosting account will then be
purchased and setup online. Your site will then be constructed on the host server.
5.After your website and its design has been re-created online
with navigation and content placeholder pages we will then discuss and adjust
the look of your website. Following these adjustments the 2nd payment will be
due which will be half of the remaining costs.
6.You will then be responsible for sending us all remaining text and image
content that you want us to configure and arrange on your site unless you have
purchased our content writing services.
7.After all content has been configured and the website is
‘live’ we will discuss any final adjustments that you feel need to be made.
Following any changes the final payment must be made in full prior to the website
manager training session. This training can be completed in one sitting, but more
resources will be given and you can always ask us for free assistance if you
run in to any trouble.
